Eligibility

LuckyAce Cyber Cafe sweepstakes promotion ("Sweepstakes") is only open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia but excluding outlying territories and the State of Washington), who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever occurs later) at the time of entry. PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Sweepstakes is conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Each mailed entry must be submitted separately, and participants are limited to one free entry per day. Entries that do not follow these guidelines will be disqualified.

A person who participates in the Sweepstakes is referred to as a Participant.

Participation Agreement

Participation constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstakes Rules and the Sponsor’s/Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Winning Requirements

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Sweepstakes Rules.

How to Collect Sweeps Coins

To participate, you must have an active customer account. If you do not have a customer account, you can create one free of charge.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund of credits purchased within three days of the initial transaction, assuming these credits have not been redeemed for any playtime. If any credits have been used to redeem playtime on any platform, you will not be eligible for a refund, partial or otherwise.

Geographic Restrictions

LuckyAce Cyber Cafe operates exclusively in the United States. Any information suggesting otherwise is inaccurate, and participation outside the United States is strictly prohibited.
